Karjat’s real estate landscape witnessed a high-profile evening as actors Faisal Khan and Sara Khan headlined the grand launch of Nilkanth Valley, a 92-acre township project coming up amidst the lush green hills of Karjat.
The project, backed by businessman-producer Nillkant Reggmi, was unveiled at a star-studded event attended by members of the business and entertainment fraternity. While the scale of the township drew attention, it was the presence of film and television personalities that added glamour to the evening.
The inauguration commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony. Senior Delhi BJP leader and entrepreneur Kamal Chib joined Reggmi to formally unveil the project brochure. Chib was also felicitated with a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj during the ceremony.
Entertainment segments dominated the evening celebrations. Faisal Khan surprised guests with a lively performance on the popular track “Aati Kya Khandala,” accompanied by dance master Lollypop. Television actress Sara Khan delivered energetic dance performances that kept the audience engaged.
Singer Madan Shukla presented a medley of retro hits, while stand-up comedian VIP drew applause for his rapid-fire mimicry of around 60 actors in a single act. His recreation of war-zone sound effects, complete with gunfire and helicopter sounds, became one of the highlights of the evening.
The event’s entertainment design was curated by dance master Lollypop, with additional performances by Sanjana and Mini Bansal contributing to the celebratory atmosphere.
Spread over 92 acres, Nilkanth Valley has already begun development, its first phase covering approximately seven acres, is currently underway. According to the developers, the township will feature luxury villas, an artificial lake, a private club, and other lifestyle amenities aimed at blending modern infrastructure with Karjat’s natural surroundings.
Interestingly, actors present at the event, including Faisal Khan, Sara Khan and VIP, informally expressed interest in acquiring plots within the project, reflecting Karjat’s growing attraction as an emerging residential and investment destination.
With celebrity presence, entertainment showcases and ambitious development plans, the Nilkanth Valley launch signaled both a real estate expansion and a high-visibility social event in Karjat’s evolving property market.
