Life Yatra Mumbai conclave was successfully organized by SHE (Spirituality for Health and Environment) to make people aware about the importance of spirituality for better health and environment. The unique concept was unveiled as Mumbai Life Yatra Samagam at Yashwantrao Chavan Centre, Nariman Point. The Governor of Gujarat Shri Acharya Devvrat was present as the chief guest. SHE is an initiative started by Kishor Kumar Mehta (Founder of Sanskar TV Channel and Bhakti Sagar Channel) and Kamal Narayan, CEO of IHW Council. Other dignitaries who graced the occasion were BK Karuna Bhai, Trustees, Brahma Kumaris, Chairman and MD of BVG Group Hanmantrao Gaikwad, Film Actress Madhoo, Homeopath Dr. Ashar Sheikh, Kiran Chavan and Kunika Lal.
All the guests including the Governor of Gujarat launched the program by lighting the lamp. Kamal Narayan and Kishore Mehta honored Governor Acharya Devvrat. Later Honorable Governor, Kamal Narayan and Kishore Mehta honored many celebs including film actress Madhoo.
The Governor of Gujarat Shri Acharya Devvrat said, “When I was called for this program, I came to know the mission of this event and I readily gave permission to come here. Kishore Kumar Mehta is such a personality, who speaks less and works hard. He has started a mission to build a better society by focusing on health, environment, Indian civilization, culture and spirituality. Today happiness, peace, joy, and satisfaction is decreasing among people. Lies, fraud, dishonesty, unrest, misconduct, corruption, injustice, bloodshed are increasing in society. Today, instead of eating home food, people are eating hotel food, which was kept in the fridge weeks ago, we will fall ill when we eat such food. When we keep our fields, water and food natural then only we will get better health. I have connected with lakhs of farmers with natural farming. SHE is a very good initiative.
IHW CEO Kamal Narayan said, “Today everyone is worried about various diseases and environmental pollution. Our health is linked to the environment. To make people aware of health and environmental protection, a program has been launched, in which emphasis is being laid on health care through spirituality. If we try to improve our health and environment through spirituality, then we will be able to develop a better society and a better lifestyle.”
Kishore Mehta said, “As part of the SHE movement, we have established the ‘SHE-Alliance’. Spirituality is at the core of Indian culture and the message of healthy lifestyle and healthy body and mind is the main message in our religious and mythological texts. Keeping the body healthy has been said to be the first duty of man. This alliance will promote the idea of physical, mental, spiritual and environmental well-being. Another important aspect of SHE will be to spread awareness about the science behind spirituality.”
Phool Aur Kaante and Roja fame actress Madhoo shared, “Whenever I am called in a program like She, I join because it is an event related to women empowerment, but here She means spirituality, health and environment, which is the most important subject. I am glad to be a part of this mission and I extend my best wishes and congratulations to all its organisers.”
The platform will bring together prominent spiritual and religious leaders, motivational leaders, doctors, researchers, yoga gurus, social activists, women leaders and inspire and motivate people to take care of health and environment. Not only in India, efforts will be made to bring change in the society with participation of women globally. Through many events under SHE, we will make people aware especially to prevent cancer, high blood pressure etc. We will also create effective awareness about clean air-water, good food and the right lifestyle for healthy living and environment. Other topics of awareness include mental health and drug-free living, Ayurveda and other ancient global systems along with modern medicine, yoga and pollution free lifestyle.
